You are purchasing a refundable core ticket. This will be refunded when we have received your old unit. The old unit must be in take off condition (the pump must not be tampered with internally or externally). Dismantled pumps¹ or badly damaged², or heavily rusted pumps do not qualify as core³. The old unit must have the same part number as the diesel injection pump that you have purchased. The pump must be returned at the cost of the customer and must be sent within 3 months of this repair ticket.
¹THERE IS AN EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE. IF THE PUMP IS DISMANTLED AND INCOMPLETE CONDITION WE WILL SEND A PARTIAL REFUND OF £250.00
²IF THE PUMP IS BEYOND REPAIR AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SALVAGE ANY PARTS FROM IT YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND. PARTS WHICH HAVE SLIGHT DAMAGE MAY QUALIFY FOR A £50.00 REFUND
³HEAVILY RUSTED PARTS MAY QUALIFY FOR A PARTIAL REFUND. MAXIMUM REFUND WILL BE £100.00
